Once your order has been processed, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to complete and shipped. We ship from Tuesdays to Saturdays. We normally process within 24 hours, but as we are a small team, processing can take longer during holiday and sale season.
We currently offer free pickups in our shop, located at Eerste Bloemdwarsstraat 21 in Amsterdam.
We ship all orders from our shop in Amsterdam, which takes 1-10 business days depending on your location.

*Please note some countries outside the European Union, e.g. the United States, require an import duty payment upon arrival of your order. REYÈM does not reimburse these costs.
Returns must be approved by REYÈM first, please request your return in our Returns Center within 14 days of receiving your order and wait for our instruction. Any returns requested after 14 days of receiving your order are ineligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
- Items must be returned in new and sellable condition with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
- Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept any items that have incurred makeup stains or that smell of perfume.
- REYÈM will not issue a refund until return items have been received.
- REYÈM reserves the right to refuse any return items.
- Gift cards
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and insurance.

Only authorised returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their item.
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL CODES
Any items purchased with a discount of 30% off or greater are eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. A return may be applied within 14 days of receiving your purchase, standard returns criteria applies. An exchange can be requested for a different size or style at the same full price value. If an exchange is requested for an item at a higher price, then the cost difference between the 2 items will be payable at the point of exchange. Store credit will be issued to a customer's account, based on the discounted price paid for the item.
Items that are discounted on sale 40% off or greater, or marked “final sale" are not eligible for refund or exchange. No exceptions. Any final sale items included in a return will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.
