Shipping & Returns


Once your order has been processed, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be completed and shipped. We ship from Tuesdays to Saturdays. We normally process within 24 hours, but as we are a small team, processing can take longer during holiday and sale season. 

We currently offer free pickups in our shop, located at Eerste Bloemdwarsstraat 21 in Amsterdam.

We ship all orders from our shop in Amsterdam, which takes 1-10 business days depending on your location.




*Please note some countries outside the European Union, e.g. the United States, require an import duty payment upon arrival of your order. REYÈM does not reimburse these costs. 

Please make sure to fill in your correct home address, including house number additions and or door codes (if applicable) and the name that is on your mailbox. Any orders that can not be delivered due to a faulty address and / or name will automatically be shipped back to REYÈM. Re-shipping the order is at your cost.


Returns must be approved by REYÈM first, please request your return within 14 days of receiving your order by logging in to your account. Any returns requested after 14 days of receiving your order are ineligible for a refund and will be shipped back to the customer at their cost.

  • Items must be returned in new and sellable condition with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept any items that have incurred makeup stains or that smell of perfume. 
  • REYÈM will not issue a refund until return items have been received.
  • REYÈM reserves the right to refuse any return items.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Earrings

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and insurance.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing the refund or store credit. 

Only authorised returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their item.
