Shipping

All orders are shipped from our shop in Amsterdam (Eerste Bloemdwarsstraat 21). Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed. We ship Tuesday through Saturday, and while we usually process orders within 24 hours, delays can happen during busy periods due to our small team.

Free local pickup is available at our Amsterdam shop.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • The Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • European Union: 1–5 business days

  • Rest of World: 2–10 business days

⚠️ Important for customers outside the EU
If you're ordering from outside the European Union (e.g. the United States, UK, Canada), please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
REYÈM does not reimburse these costs.

We understand this can come as a surprise — especially when discovering them at the point of return — so we’re making it a priority to communicate these details clearly upfront.

Before placing your order, please double-check your full shipping address, including house numbers, additions, door codes, and the exact name on your mailbox. Undeliverable packages will be returned to us, and re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Returns

We hope you love your order — but if it’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make the return process clear and manageable.

Please request a return by logging into your account within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after this window will be refused and returned at the customer's cost.

Returned items must be:

  • In new, unworn condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

Please try on items carefully, as we cannot accept returns that are worn, washed, scented (e.g. with perfume), or stained.

⚠️ Customers outside the EU — please read carefully
If you're returning from a country outside the European Union, your return shipment may trigger import duties or fees when re-entering the Netherlands. These charges are automatically billed to us, and we will deduct them from your refund.
This can make returning an item from some locations (like the U.S.) significantly more expensive than expected.

We’re a small business and unfortunately not yet able to offer free international returns — but we’re working on more accessible solutions for the future.

We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured return method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.

Only approved returns will be accepted. Any unauthorised returns will be refused and must be reclaimed by the customer.
