Shipping
All orders are shipped from our store in Amsterdam (Eerste Bloemdwarsstraat 21). Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. We ship Monday through Friday, and while we usually process orders within 24 hours, delays can happen during busy periods due to our small team.

Free local pickup is available at our Amsterdam store.

European Union: €15 - €25 (depending on region)

Before placing your order, please double-check your full shipping address, including house numbers, additions, door codes, and the exact name on your mailbox. Undeliverable packages will be returned to us, and re-shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Important for customers in the United States
From August 1st, 2025: We ship to the US Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all local sales taxes, import duties, and customs fees are already included in your purchase price. You’ll never pay anything extra upon delivery — no surprises.
Important for all other customers outside the EU
If you're ordering from outside the European Union (e.g. UK, Australia, Canada), please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. REYÈM does not reimburse these costs.
We understand this can come as a surprise — especially when discovering them at the point of return — so we’re making it a priority to communicate these details clearly upfront.
Returns
We hope you love your order — but if it’s not quite right, we’ll do our best to make the return process clear and manageable. Please request a return by logging into your account within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this window will be refused and returned at the customer's cost.
Returned items must be:
- In new, unworn condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
Please try on items carefully, as we cannot accept returns that are worn, washed, scented (e.g. with perfume), or stained.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured return method, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed.
Returns for customers from the United States
From August 1st, 2025: Because we ship to the US Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), all duties and taxes were prepaid by us at the time of delivery.
If you return an order from the US:

You are still responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We will generate a return label for you and deduct a flat return shipping fee of 50USD from your refund.
Returns for all other customers outside the EU
If you're returning from a country outside the European Union, your return shipment may trigger import duties or fees when re-entering the Netherlands. These charges are automatically billed to us, and we will deduct them from your refund. This can make returning an item from some locations significantly more expensive than expected.
We’re a small business and unfortunately not yet able to offer free international returns — but we’re working on more accessible solutions for the future.

Only approved returns will be accepted. Any unauthorised returns will be refused and must be reclaimed by the customer.
