The most memorable gift you've ever received?
My boyfriend—way before he was officially my boyfriend—went on a trip after we’d had maybe four dates. He wears Rosa Novella by Santa Maria Novella, and I was moving into my new apartment. He brought back these little wax tablets in his scent for me to hang in my closet “in case I missed him.” I melted.

Roasted chestnuts on the street. Nothing transports me faster.

What would your dream winter getaway look like?
Surfing in Costa Rica.

What's a core holiday memory that's always stayed with you?
Cooking with my grandmother for the whole family. It was the heart of every holiday for me.
